For standard finishes, our team applies one coat of stain followed by three top coats of urethane to provide a complete seal. We are also more than happy to offer oil finishes for those who prefer it; however, we highly recommend exploring the possibilities of water-based finishes.
Water-based options, such as Bona Traffic HD, tend to be non-yellowing while drying faster and producing no harmful odors as polyurethanes could.
